The history of Sloop Concurrent
Sloop Concurrent was founded by Pascal Hilberts and Jesse Hilberts. After gaining experience at various demolition companies, they decided it was time to start their own business. Sloop Concurrent is a true family company, where customer satisfaction and fair prices are high priorities.
Sloop Concurrent has worked as a demolition company for many years. We started in 1996 as a small business, mainly carrying out various demolition jobs locally in Haarlem. Today, we have grown into a nationwide demolition company that has built a strong reputation over the years.
A full-service demolition company
Do you have a demolition project? However small or large it is, we are happy to help. Every day, we help private customers demolish various structures, and we are equally ready to take on larger demolition jobs.
Our demolition workers take care of everything. We help you from start to finish and guide you through the entire process. We assist with applying for the correct permits and provide no-obligation advice. Where necessary, we are happy to visit you to discuss the options together.
We are customer-focused, which is a core value at Sloop Concurrent. It is no coincidence that numerous contractors, building companies and fellow demolition companies use our services.

Sloop Concurrent serves private and business customers
Our company was originally set up to serve private customers, with work such as removing load-bearing walls and drilling holes in concrete. As the company grew, so did the scale of our projects. This allowed us to expand our vehicle fleet, and we are now the proud owners of several operating bases in the Netherlands.
Since 2016, we have substantially strengthened our business with demolition workers from across the country. As a result, we are increasingly commissioned for larger demolition projects. Through our regular partners, we can provide not only demolition services but also related work. This includes gardeners, building contractors, removal companies, cleaners and plasterers.
Sloop Concurrent works throughout the Netherlands
Sloop Concurrent is a demolition company with nationwide coverage and several bases throughout the Netherlands. Our certified and accredited demolition workers provide high-quality, properly executed demolition work across the country. Sloop Concurrent now has 100 skilled demolition workers ready to serve you throughout the Netherlands. Our efficient working methods allow us to offer affordable services.
There is no town or village in the Netherlands where we cannot help you. We charge the same rates throughout the country. Would you like to know the exact cost of your demolition project? We can also provide a tailored quotation following a visit to your site, entirely free of charge and without obligation.

Sloop Concurrent: CERTIFICATES and insurance
When you ask Sloop Concurrent to carry out your demolition work, you can expect a pleasant working relationship. Sloop Concurrent is well insured and holds several certifications.
Sloop Concurrent is an accredited training company, and we train the skilled tradespeople of the future. All our demolition workers are trained in-house, and we do not subcontract our work. This is reflected both in the total cost and in the final result. Below, you will find our certificates and insurance policies.
Certificates
Naturally, you want to use a certified demolition company. We hold the EBN certificate, specifically ISO 9001 certification, so you can be confident that we meet all our customers' expectations.
Asbestos must always be considered when demolishing structures. We hold the dNAA certificate, which permits us to remove asbestos, and we do so safely and responsibly.
Insurance
We hold CAR insurance (Construction All Risk insurance), which covers material damage arising during the construction or assembly of buildings, roads, bridges and installations. We have never needed to claim on this insurance, but prefer to be on the safe side.
We have taken out this insurance with Klaverblad verzekeringen. It covers damage to scaffolding, materials and tools, damage to the building and damage to the client's materials. This provides reassurance for our customers, so you can hire us with peace of mind.
