Do not take a sample yourself by breaking, drilling or cutting suspect material. Have a specialist discuss and carry out safe sampling. Damaging the material can release fibres.
A laboratory result applies to the sample tested. It is not a complete asbestos survey of the home. For the planned work, it must be clear which other materials and rooms have been assessed.

After an asbestos survey, you receive an asbestos report, also known as an asbestos survey report. You can have this report prepared if you know your home contains asbestos and want to remove or replace the asbestos-containing material. If you own a home or commercial property built before 1994 and plan to demolish all or part of it, your local authority will also ask for the asbestos report when you submit the demolition notification. This is because a home or commercial property built before 1994 is very likely to contain asbestos-containing material.
The asbestos report describes exactly what was inspected, how much asbestos was found and where it is located. It includes an overview drawing and identifies parts of the home or commercial building that could not be inspected. With this report, you can leave the asbestos in your home under controlled conditions, making sure it does not become damaged.

The cost of an asbestos survey depends on several factors, such as the size of the home or commercial building and how accessible the asbestos-containing material is.

We have never had to make a claim on this insurance, but we prefer to be on the safe side.
Sloop Concurrent is also an accredited training company, training the skilled tradespeople of the future. All our demolition workers are trained in-house, and we do not subcontract our work. This is reflected both in the total cost and in the final result.
Asbestos must always be considered when demolishing structures. We therefore hold dNAA certification, which allows us to remove asbestos. We do so safely and responsibly.
