Sloop Concurrent uses various saws to achieve the best and most affordable result. For many years, we have specialised in cutting concrete walls and floors. For wall cutting, we use a handheld saw and, where needed, various wall saws and wire saws. For floor cutting, we use a range of advanced floor saws. Our work is always free of dust or drilling water; you will barely be able to tell we have been there. We work safely and responsibly and are VCA certified.

Wall sawing
Sloop Concurrent has years of experience in cutting concrete and stone. Wherever you need an opening cut in your walls, we use only the best equipment to work neatly. We can cut concrete up to 540 mm thick throughout the Netherlands.
Almost all cutting work is carried out with water-cooled diamond saws. The cooling water is collected and removed. We sometimes cut dry, in which case the dust is extracted. However, this is only possible to a certain depth, up to a maximum of 14 cm. Naturally, we always work without dust or water nuisance.
Would you like a new door or window opening, or a new opening in an existing concrete wall? Our hydraulic or electric wall saws cut through stone or concrete to a depth of over half a metre. Always cut precisely to size and finished to your requirements.

Many people wonder how much concrete cutting costs. The minimum fee for concrete cutting is 75 euros, excluding VAT, travel charges and materials. If you have many holes to drill, you will of course receive a volume discount and a very competitive price. The average cost of concrete cutting is around 150 euros.

Floor sawing
We cut asphalt as well as concrete. We consider the surroundings and, of course, place great importance on safety. We also ensure dust-free and water-free working.
We cut concrete into blocks so that we can remove it easily and you do not have to worry about it.
We work with virtually every type of machine. Using diesel, electric and petrol-powered equipment is part of our daily work, and we can cut concrete to a depth of 540mm.

Dust and water nuisance are kept to a minimum using dust and water vacuums, collection trays, plastic sheeting and other preventive and protective equipment. If required, we can carry out our work without noise and provide our own water and electricity supply. We make sure that you are not left with traces of our work. Sloop Concurrent removes the concrete, takes away the waste and leaves the work area clean. Bespoke work is, of course, no problem at all.
Sloop Concurrent: certifications and insurance
When you ask Sloop Concurrent to carry out your demolition work, you can look forward to a pleasant working relationship. Sloop Concurrent is well insured. We hold CAR insurance, or Construction All Risks insurance, covering material damage arising during the construction or installation of buildings, roads, bridges and systems. We have never had to make a claim on this insurance, but we prefer to be on the safe side.
Sloop Concurrent is also an accredited training company, training the skilled tradespeople of the future. All our demolition workers are trained in-house, and we do not subcontract our work. This is reflected both in the total cost and in the final result.
Asbestos must always be considered when demolishing structures. We therefore hold dNAA certification, which allows us to remove asbestos. We do so safely and responsibly.
