Removing a chimney requires a great deal of expertise. Is the chimney load-bearing? What finish would you like? These are common questions when demolishing a chimney. Fortunately, our tradespeople guide you through the entire demolition process and know the work inside out. As this project shows, our demolition workers carry out the job professionally and safely, giving you peace of mind.
Chimney before demolition
Below, you can see the chimney before demolition. It is a sizeable chimney that can be removed in full. In consultation with the customer, Sloop Concurrent chose to use scaffolding so that the chimney could be removed quickly and efficiently. As it was not load-bearing, our demolition team was able to remove it within one day. We had allowed 2 days for the project because we needed one day to erect the scaffolding.
Chimney after demolition
After erecting the scaffolding, our demolition workers began demolishing the chimney on the second day. The chimney was completely removed and all finishing work completed. Once the chimney work in Bilthoven was finished, our team immediately removed the rubble and demolition waste. Sloop Concurrent helps you from start to finish. You can quickly get back to your daily activities while we take as much of the burden off you as possible.
