Extension before demolition
Below, you can see the extension before demolition. It was a curved extension that was to be demolished. In consultation with the customer, Sloop Concurrent decided to remove it completely. The extension already had several defects, so instead of restoring it, the decision was made to demolish it fully and then have a building contractor rebuild it.
Extension after demolition
Once the demolition work was finished, we removed the rubble quickly and efficiently. After our tradespeople had completed all the demolition work, our experts left the demolished extension area neatly finished. This allowed Aannemer Amsterdam to start building the new extension promptly. We always work in consultation with the building contractor. Good communication between our staff and the contractor is important to us.
