Sloop Concurrent's tradespeople can handle the complete installation of ventilation ducts in your crawl space. We follow this method:
Ventilation channels are usually drilled into the wall about ten to fifteen centimetres above ground level. We drill through the outside wall, angling down into the crawl space. We then fit a sleeve into the drilled hole and secure it firmly. On the outside wall, we install a ventilation grille to keep out leaves, dirt and pests. Your crawl space is then properly and neatly ventilated!

Asbestos must always be considered when demolishing structures. We therefore hold dNAA certification, which allows us to remove asbestos. We do so safely and responsibly.
