- Drilling holes: The holes are drilled accurately using the markings on the wall. Besides two large holes for the air ducts, smaller holes are needed for the monoblock air conditioner's brackets and, where applicable, the condensate drain pipe. The latter is only necessary for fixed monoblock air conditioners that can also be used for heating.
- Installing air ducts, grilles and brackets: After drilling the holes, we fit the monoblock air conditioner's air ducts. We then install the brackets to support the unit and fit the grilles.
- Mounting the monoblock air conditioning unit: Once the brackets are accurately and securely fixed to the wall, the monoblock air conditioner can be mounted. We do this with the utmost precision.
- Connecting the air conditioner and setting up Wi-Fi: We complete the monoblock air conditioner installation by connecting it to the electricity supply and, where available, setting up Wi-Fi. This option is not available on every type of monoblock air conditioner.

Installing a monoblock air conditioner on a wall costs €415,-, while installation in a masonry wall costs €525,-. For other types of air conditioning, the price depends on the brand, model and the type of wall to which the unit is to be fitted.

Asbestos must always be considered when demolishing structures. We therefore hold dNAA certification, which allows us to remove asbestos. We do so safely and responsibly.
